Your Thinking & Results Partner
Thank you for visiting my site to learn how you can benefit from coaching.
I would be delighted to connect with you in-person, by phone or via video
conference to explore and answer any questions you may have.
Coaching is about partnering with individuals, leaders, teams or organizations to build awareness, empower choice,
take action and get great results.
Individuals
Leaders (all levels)
Teams
Organizations
These are some of the results people can achieve with coaching. If any of these resonate with you or if you have other results you want to accomplish, please contact me for an Exploratory Coaching Conversation katherine@katherinemarlow.com
Individual and Leader coaching is provided on a 1:1 basis.
Coaching for Teams and Organizations is provided on a consulting basis because great results usually require a multi-pronged approach.
In life, it is important to not be afraid to put yourself out there, win or lose. It is all about the spirit of challenging yourself to be open to realizing your highest potential
Cynthia Bailey
After the initial Discovery Session, I follow a 5 Step Coaching Process at each subsequent session:
1. Establish the desired goals(s) and result(s)
- What do you really want?
2. Get clarity about the current situation
- Where are you now?
3. Generate choices and consequences
- What are your options?
4. Develop an action plan, addressing obstacles and barriers
- What are you going to do/be?
5. Review and evaluate progress
- Are the actions moving you towards your desired result(s)?
My job is to ask thought provoking questions; listen behind the words and between the words; listen to the silences; use my intuition; prompt you to explore; facilitate your self-learning and awareness; be curious; provide feedback; support your progression towards your desired result.
Individuals & Leaders
I offer different packages based on the extent of your goals and the results you want to achieve. If you are focused on short-term goal setting, you will need fewer sessions than someone who is hoping to set long-term goals over a few years.
The overall price will be impacted by how many sessions you need and whether you’ll need regular check-ins to check you are on track.
Teams & Organizations
I will provide a written proposal after we have an Exploratory Coaching Conversation to assess your current situation and what your team or organization wants to achieve.

MA, BBA, ICF Certified Coach (ACC) & Certified Human Resources Professional
I am thrilled to be a coach. There is nothing I enjoy more than helping individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations achieve their goals and get the results that matter to them. I’ve spent most of my career specializing in individual, team and organizational development where I practiced change management, leadership development, team effectiveness, culture transformation and coaching. I’ve worked in a variety of local and global companies in the health care, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, relocation and retail sectors. I’ve held senior leadership roles in Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Denmark.
My personal values include compassion, authenticity, service to others, making a difference, and curiosity. These values guide how I coach and consult. I am also very practical and results oriented.
In June 2022, my husband, Border Terrier and I moved from Vancouver, Canada to Scotland, to begin our next life chapter. We are avid travelers and to date have already visited 41 countries with plans to visit many more. I love a good map and planning our next adventure.
Katherine is a wonderful leadership coach who brings the best in her clients. Through active listening, empathy, and by asking thought provoking questions, Katherine helps her clients to become self-aware and connect with their values and purpose. Katherine’s coaching approach is caring, supportive, kind and candid. I would highly recommend Katherine, who
is a skillful executive and leadership coach.

Katherine has been tremendously helpful for me – asking pertinent questions like “what could you do?” “ how would you do that?” and “let me rephrase that to make sure I understand.” It’s so useful to have someone focused on you, whose only agenda is to support you (our friends and family are invaluable, but not a professional). Her questions have helped me recognize what I’m really feeling at times, and what’s possible for me to control. She’s someone that I trust. I find that we don’t always get the structured support on how to manage people and ourselves, and she has helped me fill that gap in a non-judgmental, supportive and confidential way.

As an early-career individual, I always find myself on a quest for career plans and an answer to what my future would look like. When I started working with Katherine, I had a basic knowledge of coaching and I knew I needed help. Coaching has helped me tremendously to organize my thoughts. Future career planning is no longer anxiety inducing. Katherine’s coaching skills and guidance helped me recognize what is most important to me and my values and find the answers I had within me all along. Do I have it all figured out now, No! However, and as a result of coaching, I have taken actionable steps and I am much closer to where I would like to be in the future. I have a clear goal for the next year which is exactly what I wanted out of these coaching session J

Katherine was a wonderful coach for me through a difficult situation. She asked great questions and her keen sense of how to help me connect with my values enabled me to get clear on what I could and wanted to do as a leader. Her kind and empathetic approach encouraged me to take some difficult steps, which I felt very solid and supported in doing.
I feel very lucky to have been able to work with her.
Meaghen - Performance Improvement Consultant, Providence Health Care
I considered myself privileged to have the opportunity to receive coaching from Katherine.
She has excellent listening skills followed and is able to ask the right questions to challenge me and think about my actions especially in relationship to my values. She is kind, calm and engaging which makes it easy to be open to. I can truly recommend her as a coach.

Katherine is an amazing coach to work with. I don’t know where I would be without her coaching and guidance. She was able to assess my career goals, needs and aspirations and worked with me week to week to put a plan in place that included identifying the key influencers to connect with, and focused my resume to highlight all my career accomplishments, skills and strengths. Katherine coached me through interview preparation, key questions to ask, and negotiating strategies. Within a few weeks, I was able to find a wonderful opportunity that fully aligns with my career goals, my financial needs, the work-life balance I was hoping for and the personal growth and creativity I seek in my professional life. Katherine’s coaching has continued through the transition into my new position, helping me with tools to navigate my new team, supervisor, and anxieties around starting in a new position. I highly recommend Katherine for anyone looking for coaching who truly wants to achieve their life’s goals!
